Which bit? That Power Girl was, for a time, Atlantean? Post-Crisis she was turned into Arion’s grand-daughter who was frozen in time and emerged in the then-current DCU.
It wasn’t until INFINITE CRISIS came along that her original pre-Crisis Earth-2 Kryptonian heritage was restored.

Wait until PG circa JLE#50 pops in and then all 3 of them compare notes on who they’ve been dating/have awkwardly kissed (Looking at you JLE#50 Kara when you and Hal got it on right in the middle of battle no less)
I imagine they’d also wonder where their cat was this whole time.

I feel like New 52 PG is just stunned Atlantean PG has an even bigger bust than hers. Which admittedly is hard to believe, but hey! The ’90s!
