Like all crossover events, WAR OF THE GODS was advertised throughout DC’s comics in the run up and during it. Unlike most of the other events, the series didn’t get many ads at all. Here’s what I’ve found:
An ad depicting a scene that makes the series look so much more interesting than it turned out to be! 
An altered version of the cover of #1 with the sun higher in the background and Pariah correctly coloured.
