It looks like DC settled on the “Worlds will live, worlds will die, and the DC Universe will never be the same!” tag line even before they’d settled on what to call the series!
DC Check List
DC comics had an editorial page called “Meanwhile…” at the time CRISIS was published and, at the bottom of that, a check list of comics out that month. As far as I can see, only the first eight issues of CRISIS were included in the check list, possibly to avoid giving away the ending. I’ve scanned and collated those that I’ve found here:
