I think Vixen had the longest shelf life – Suicide Squad after JL Detroit, then a few appearances here and there before ending up in (if memory serves) Meltzer’s Justice League. Not bad for a second stringer.
I liked Vixen’s time on the Suicide Squad. It was interesting watching her go from being on the team because she thought it was where she belonged, to realizing it was a bad place for her to be, to getting dragged by into because of her concern for Bronze Tiger. You could see her working her personal stuff out as she went along.
Jesus! Hal’s poor back. Vixen really did seem like the only JLD’er to really turn out to be worth a damn huh? Good for her.

Plus her own CW animated show, roles in various movies and tv shows. Easily the best of that bunch.

I agree – the Suicide Squad stuff was great, I think John Ostrander really got a handle on her, along with the rest of the team.
