  1. I mean I’m sure 31st century science could bring him back if they really wanted to but why? He was always one of the more weaker members of Batman’s Rogue’s Gallery. Sure he had his place as a mob boss/club owner type, but he was never as nuts as the others.

    1. You’re right – he worked best, I think, when he was heading up the Ice Lounge as a mob boss/arms dealer. That gave him his own angle that was much better than the terrible bird/umbrella fixation.

      1. Yeah, I mean they tried back in ’89 when that Secret Origins special came out, but since he was never legit crazy like the others, it didn’t stick.
