Crisis on Earth-Prime 
I’m going to go with my gut on this one and say Amethyst, especially if it’s just this version of the Enchantress and not the spookier SS one. I imagine she’d be able to beat that version too, but it would be at a very high cost more akin to a pyrrhic victory.

Gotta give the edge to the Enchantress over the inexperienced teenager, don’t you? Especially since this doesn’t look like ’80s Suicide Squad-era Enchantress where the two halves of herself are at war with each other.
‘Course, Amethyst has a flying horse. One good kick to the head from that and Enchantress is gonna have bigger problems than just two unhappy personalities.

I think I lean more towards Enchantress than Amethyst myself, even if this is the post-Rebirth version. She’s still got more experience and a meaner streak than Amethyst.
