Probably not, as Surfer’s window of inactivity in relation to showing up either in his own series or another’s tends to be shorter than some others Marvel characters. That being said, depending on which version of the Surfer this is, I’m sure he’ll have a very confusing time. Definitely needs some Impossible Man thrown in the mix for added hilarity.

I’m sure the Surfer can get out via some handwavey “Power Cosmic” thing.
