Crisis on Earth-Prime 
THIS one is definitely a story not only would MK fans want & need to see, but also it just makes so much sense for these specific two to meet up & compare notes as fellow avatars to their respective deities.
I’d like to think, other than a potential jealousy between the two deities of who gets worshipped more, they’d get along for the most part, but comics being the way they are, there most definitely be a conflict created to conveniently put Marc & Isis at odds with each other.

Yeah, this is the sort of pairing that Super-Team Family does really well – the thematically appropriate couple of characters, whereas I just go with random ones picked from two separate years, so glad this worked out.
And yeah, they’d definitely go down the fight then make up trope!
