That really does beg the question what did Alan think of the 70’s Sandman if he was even aware of him.

You know, I don’t think I’ve seen any interaction between Alan Scott (or any member of the JSA) and the 70’s Sandman. From memory, there might have been some more when Hector Hall took over in the pages of INFINITY INC but it’s been a while since I read those stories.
