I believe that this is my most least liked version of Firestorm.

Same here. I mean I respect the experimentation being done, but it definitely probably alienated long-time fans.

Not sure I like the Avengers chances here against this version of Firestorm. I mean, wasn’t this version practically a god in terms of power levels? Thor’s going to be the only one with a legit chance of surviving this whole ordeal.

I think he became the Fire elemental at this point – Moore had made Swamp Thing the Earth elemental and I sort of remember DC going “Quick! Let’s get other characters turned into elementals almost at random!” Red Tornado was tapped up as the Air elemental; who was water? Was there one?
