Is it because this version of Kara is a prude & thinks PG is being indecent for flaunting her goods?

These versions definitely have different personalities; Earth 1 and Earth 2 Supermen were essentially the same character, so it was good to see some variation creeping in between the Supergirls. Man, I miss the original PG.
