A few months ago, I posted a Random Panels that showed Hector Hall and Lyta disappearing into the Dream Dimension from the pages of INFINITY INC where they would stay until everything went to crap in the pages of SANDMAN a year or so later.
A lot happened between those panels and the ones above – Lyta went mad, Dream was killed, Hector returned as Dr Fate, Lyta got better, their son Daniel became the new Dream – but it seems fitting that, after being banished to a mountain top by the Spectre (he was possessed by Eclipso – this was during INFINITE CRISIS) they were allowed to return to the Dreaming rather than simply die on the mountain.
Crisis on Earth-Prime 
Hector & Lyta were so messed over & messed with to the degree they were, but at least they were given a reprieve at the end.

I liked Hector as Dr Fate during the JSA years, to be honest, but Lyta seemed to be something of an add-on by this point, never really doing anything. Still, glad they got their happier ending than just dying on a mountain.
