Really? Huh. I guess to be fair, I’d be stereotyping you as a Brit for automatically knowing about a Brit, especially a British comic book character 🤷♂️
I myself only knew of him from two sources; his one & only guest appearance in an issue of The Incredible Hulk during Peter David’s run where Killpower & his partner Motormouth were both drawn by another fellow Brit, Gary Frank and from his 1994 Marvel trading card, although I’ve since learned he’d been on some earlier ones as well.

Nope, never heard of this guy at all, but then I was never a major Marvel reader, regardless of who created him. 😊
