It was somewhere around issue #65 of CRISIS ON EARTH-PRIME PRESENTS that I decided not to have the same character appearing on consecutive covers and I’ve mostly stuck with that since then, but even though we had Batman on the previous issue, when the opportunity came up to do this cover, I couldn’t resist breaking my own rule.
