Here’s some good news that means my DC comics intake is increasing next year: Mera gets her own miniseries written by Aquaman writer Dan Abnett.
I’ve really enjoyed his work on the Aquaman title and Mera’s long been a great character so it’s cool to see her get her own title.

I saw this too. wonder why she was allowed to keep her Aquawoman look. That shit was hot.

Did you mean “wasn’t” allowed? The gold and green look was only used in a couple of issues right before Rebirth, I think, and honestly, while it did look good, it did just change into a copy of Aquaman. At least the classic green gives her her own identity.
