The very most Dredd’s doing here, besides pissing off Superman, is outing him to his two, dimwitted, co-workers that somehow can’t figure out that Clark Kent’s Superman. Either that or they’re ALL in on the joke together and don’t say anything to anybody, especially to Perry, because fuck that guy.
