Really nice cover. Solid positioning of the two characters. Nice speed lines too.
I haven’t read the Terrifics so I don’t know how well Tom Strong was portrayed there, but considering he was written by Jeff Lemire, I’m sure he was written in character like how Moore portrayed him.
