Crisis on Earth-Prime 
This one would be an interesting meeting. Kingpin’s not like the typical blue collar/sci-fi foes he normally fights. His money and connections would certainly make Barry’s life miserable, especially if he was able to do a frame him, or learn his secret identity.

From what little I know of Kingpin, he’d go the discover secret identity route and then use that against Flash and his family.

Exactly, then send in some poor misguided sucker to fight the Flash, like say Ralph from his early days.
