I think the L.A.W. miniseries was the one and only time the ex-Earth 4 heroes banded together as that team, but hopefully the Avengers will make them feel at home.

Crisis on Earth-Prime 
I don’t know if I see Captain Atom deferring to Captain America though. Well maybe this version would, but definitely not the later version. Of course I could be wrong. Rogers is good like that.

There would definitely be some rivalry there, but I think Atom would eventually accept Rogers as leader.
