  1. Ha ha, I imagine we were quite pleased with ourselves on that one, haha.
    I know the pairing seems very random at first glance, but then again, it’s comics; eventually Tom Strong would run into Kirby’s New Gods at some point, especially his avatar of death. I imagine Darkseid wouldn’t be too far behind as well.

    Damn, and now I’m suddenly getting a little sad over the realization that had he lives, Kirby could’ve drawn Tom Strong, as well as some other of Alan Moore’s ABC comics cast of characters. Just imaging Jack Kirby drawing the og lineup of characters from Image Comics would’ve been a hell of a sight to see.
