    Used to have this one-shot back in the day. Hilarious and entertaining. Back when DC allowed itself to be made fun of.

    I don’t know if you remember Wizard Magazine, but back in the late 90’s they had an article ranking the top ten most posed comic characters within a specific set of perimeters. Well Norrin was ultimately ranked #1 above Clark.
    The reasoning was that the Surfer was fasting & more durable due to his unbreakable skin, in addition to possessing the power cosmic. Essentially he could use the power cosmic to negate or remove Superman’s powers since Superman is a living solar battery.
