When Dark Horse produced the eight issue mini-series THE STAR WARS based on Lucas’s rough draft back in 2013, I was curious, so picked it up, being the Star Wars nerd that I am.
And it’s still bizarre, ten years on.

Having not read any of it, was it any good? Old man Luke here looks a lot like Lucas.

It was from Lucas’s original story outline/script . . . so clunky dialogue, exposition everywhere, and way too many ideas thrown at the wall to see what would stick. That said, as a Star Wars fan it was interesting to see how things could have gone.
