Crisis on Earth-Prime 
Harvey’s looking very “final rest” up there, and Batman usually frowns on killing (though he’ll cut his biological kid some slack on decapitation because Batman’s weakness is apparently nepotism), so that could be a problem.
But if Moon Knight just beat ’em up real good, Batsy might let that slide, depending how territorial he’s being.

Well obviously no one gets to beat up on Batman’s therapy dummies except Batman, so he’s DEFINITELY going to have something to say to Marc about this, especially given Marc’s military background & own well-known mental illness. It’ll be like Christmas.
