I’m not sure if you get the same “You’re not you when your hungry” Snickers ads over there across the pond like we have here, but I’d like to think that particular situation applies here, except Morbius wants Blood not Snickers.

I don’t know, Morbius has a very punchable face. Hal could deal with all his bad feelings through violence!
