Yep, another peek behind the curtain at me removing Batman from a forthcoming UNTOLD TALES cover.

Needless to say, the white/transparent background does get filled in for the finished cover.

Another glimpse behind the curtain of a forthcoming UNTOLD TALES issue where poor old Nick Fury is ending up on the wrong end of an altercation.

I’ve whited out the text in the shouting speech bubble as I’m going to repurpose that, and the image will probably end up flipped horizontally as well.

Any guesses as to which DC team are sending Nick flying?

Here’s another look behind the scenes at a cover that’s going to appear several months down the line.

I deliberately didn’t bother finishing off the curved head of the steps in the top left as I knew that would be obscured by the UNTOLD TALES header.

Untold Tales Behind The Scenes

As you all seemed to enjoy the last one of these I did, I thought I’d share another cover that needed some work before I could insert the new characters. It wasn’t just a case of removing the bad guys from this cover, but I also needed to remove and recolour some of the debris – I mean, green wood? What nonsense is that?
