Have to admit, I’m looking forward to this.
With the upcoming Elseworlds crossover between TV’s Flash, Arrow and Supergirl (still no word on why Legends of Tomorrow isn’t included this year) promising to be fun, DC have released the first look at the Monitor or Mar-Novu as he’s apparently known:
How cool is that?
The book he’s holding though – that’s a new element added to the character and I can’t help wonder if it’s just a prop for the photo or has some significance – like Destiny’s book of fate, or whatever it was called.
Although, judging by the size of it, maybe it’s the Absolute Edition of Crisis on Infinite Earths . . . ?
While I’ve never really got into Arrow, I’m a fan of The Flash and Supergirl and have enjoyed the previous crossovers between the various series. I’m looking forward to the Elseworlds crossover in the next couple of months (though it might be early next year before we get it over here in the UK) though I am wondering why Legends of Tomorrow has been left out this time around.
Still, I will be tuning in.
