As much as I liked the Jack Knight Starman in the 90s, I still have a fondness for the Will Payton version. I feel the same way about the Linda Strauss version of Dr Fate, as well. I think I’m just a sucker for an underdog.

I can see this pair getting on well after the customary “fight before realising they’re on the same side” type of scenario.
That’s right – the old Dr Fate sent Dejah back to Mars way back in #162. And now she’s back looking for a fight.
