This one would be pretty interesting. Would Dredd consider the Surfer an illegal alien? What would he do when his gun and its multiple settings don’t work against the Surfer’s shell? Is Galactus coming to eat Dredd’s world? And how could the Evil Dredd Judges take advantage of the situation?

Both illegal alien status and surfing would put him in Dredd’s bad books; being the practical hard-nosed bastard he is, Dredd would try and find a way to use the Surfer if he couldn’t incarcerate him.
