As with #100, #200, and #300 I’ve followed the pattern of DC centennial issues from the late 90s with two colour figures and a black background with shiny text.

I’ve been eagerly anticipating what you had in store for the 400th, so this was nice.
I’m guessing you went with the Will Payton version because his costume lended itself better to the style of the cover versus say Jack or the 70’s Starman or even the GA Starman.

Honestly, I went with Will Payton as that was one of the covers that got thrown up by my random date generator!
