Ha, no kidding it won’t! I’m curious though, considering all he’s seen & done over the course of his life, if even being in the presence of an entity on the level of the Spectre will scare him.

I’m pretty sure he’d try and bluff his way through the meeting and as soon as Spectre’s gone, Grifter would be shaking and thinking “How the hell did I survive that?”
