Okay, a little bit of a cheat here – I usually select one character or team from each of the two dates that my randomiser selects, but Supergirl’s pointing finger meant I had to have something or someone for her to point to . . . which is why I chose poor old Dawn . . . and then I couldn’t resist getting Power Girl in alongside Supergirl.
Oh man, Supergirl does not look like she’s happy right now – I don’t think the hips, human or Kryptonian, are meant to twist at that angle.
I think my first introduction to the Angor characters was in the Giffen/DeMatteis JUSTICE LEAGUE run where Silver Sorceress and Blue Jay eventually joined the team. Not being a massive Marvel fan, I had no idea at the time they were parodies of the Avengers and had been around for years by that point.
Okay, so that tag line isn’t exactly true – we all know you can get this sort of nonsense over at Super Team Family as well.
