This is a pairing I’d like to have seen – the Teen Titans and the Super Squad of Earth-2; Robin and Ravager butting heads; Star-Spangled Kid confused at Wonder Girl being in charge; and Changeling slobbering over Power Girl.
I’m sure it’s a perfectly innocent liaison from Black Widow’s point of view . . . the hormonally super-charged Superboy, on the other hand, may have had a different opinion.
Twice a week I randomly generate two dates and then compare the titles I own from both of them, trying to find some covers that, with a little basic photoshopping, I can mash together, and then I force the results on you lovely people.
By the way, I admit to being HUGELY influenced by the wonderful Super-Team Family blog which has been doing this for years (and a lot better) on an almost daily basis.
It’s not on a par with Superman vs Captain Marvel but two Supers battling it out is always worth a watch.
Back in 1996, you could call anyone as long as you’ve subscribed to two DC Comics titles:

Seriously? A five minute pre-paid phonecard is something worth touting as an incentive to subscribing to two titles?
